"Multifaceted", "passionate", and "skilled" all describe Damon “DaRil” Nailer. DaRil is a New Orleans native who currently resides in Monroe, LA. Known as a "Renaissance Man" and a "Multi-talented Inspirational Communicator", Mr. Nailer does many things. He went on to say that our Destiny has a NOUN(S) and a VERB{S}.The NOUN has to do with WHO WE ARE( IDENTITY ), while the VERB is more about what WE DO[ PURPOSE ].By matching our NOUN(S) to the appropriate VERB(S), we can CONNECT to our PURPOSE and our DESTINY.Damon also stated that " SIGHT " plays a big role in shaping our Destiny. Along with EYESIGHT,we should use FORESIGHT to see ahead, use INSIGHT to see inside of things,situations, ourselvess, and use OVERSIGHT to " over see " the processes and events of our lives. He also says that just like we are prone to use our Dominant Hand, we should try to Identify our most Dominant Gift(s). Damon further elaborated that our most Dominant Gift(s) have to do with things that we are good at[ passion ], what we like to do{ effectiveness }, and when people like what we do ( fulfillment ).
