As I look around the city where I live, I can't help but realize the disparity between those who have Financial Wealth and those who are in " DEEP FINANCIAL DEBT ." One cannot help but recognize that the Wealthy ones have a different " MINDSET " from those who are " FINANCIAL SLAVES." Those " STRAPPED " with financial debt, always seem to keep getting deeper and deeper in " BAD DEBT." [ Garry, do you mean to say that there is such a thing as " GOOD DEBT ?" Well, of course there is ]. However, most times, only the Wealthy people have learned how to avoid the " BAD DEBT," and utilize the " GOOD DEBT." Have you ever heard of the term OPM( other people's money )? Good !Most Wealthy people have learned to harness the POWER of OPM, while most people who are struggling financially have not.Also, it still puzzles me as to why our public school systems " FAILED " to offer FINANCIAL LITERACY in such dire times as these! Especially when I see High School students graduate from High School with NO DEBT, but within a period of 2 - 4 years, accumulate Student Loan Debt as high as $40,000 to $50,000.According to an Article from May 2014, Student Loans Debt has passed " credit cards and auto loans " to become the SECOND biggest source of personal debt in the U.S., trailing only mortgages. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/americans-owe-1-2-trillion-student-loans-article-1.1796 . Furthermore, I feel that it is very appalling how so many Students Dreams of obtaining a Higher Education have become their GREATEST NIGHTMARE!To add insult to injury, many Corporations and Businesses " NO LONGER " view a College Degree as a good measurement of a person's Intelligence.In a different Article from August 2016, the Article notes that a Record Number Of College Grads Are Working Minimum Wage Jobs!" Increasingly more low wage employees are those with a college education, in the form of a Bachelor's Degree or higher, as they are unable to leverage their diploma credentials to get a better paying job, while " the only ones hiring " are those seeking minimum-paid workers http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-08-29/why-record-number-college-grads-are-working-minimum-wage-jobs . For some reason,this scripture keeps popping up in my head.This scripture also reminds me that most people have been programmed to fail.From the cradle to pre-school, from pre-school to High School we have received " CORRUPT " files into " our mind.Things that negatively effective the outcome of the results of our actions.It's as though we were programmed to run on auto-pilot.I call it the " School to job Program." The Program gets you to " THINK," go to school,get good grades, then go to college, get a degree and get a good job.In a video,a man said, think about a tattoo on someone's body.Before the tattoo was tattooed on the person's body,it was tattooed on the person's mind.You see,the " School to job Program " was tattooed on our minds[starting from pre-school ]. Also, these " CORRUPT " files end up " DISTORTING " our " ORIGINAL PROGRAMMING !" When we were born, God " PRE-INSTALLED " us with the PROGRAMMING to help us WIN. We have to " PURPOSELY " work on reprogramming our mind. So many people are trying to WIN without " REPROGRAMMING " their minds FIRST[ and then wonder why they aren't WINNING ]. " OBSTACLES ARE OPPORTUNITIES[ in disguise ] " by GO BLANSON

While researching, I ran across an interesting book by a guy named Ryan Holiday,called, "The Obstacle Is The Way." In the book the author gives 10 Strategies for turning Obstacles into Opportunities.This Week's article will include FIVE of the STRATEGIES.The 1st Strategy is, " Alter Your Perspective." This makes sense to me, because our Perspective is shaped from our Perception of Reality. Wayne Dyer put it this way,“Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.” Each of us has the power to CHOOSE how we perceive an Obstacle.We can CHOOSE to look at the situation as an Obstacle or we can CHOOSE to see it as an Opportunity.It's your CHOICE, but always remember that one of the Laws of Prosperity states," if you think in negative terms,you will get negative results ; if you think in positive terms, you will get positive results." The 2nd Strategy is,"Flip The Obstacle On Its Head." This one reminds me of the Glass Question, where we must answer the question," Is the Glass Half-Empty or is the Glass Half-Full ?" The author,Napoleon Hill once said,"Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit.Therefore, by flipping the Obstacle on it's head, you begin to see the Positive hidden within the Obstacle.The 3rd Strategy is," Stay Moving, Always." Don't keep pondering on the negative side of the Obstacle.Keep looking for the hidden good within the Obstacle.Also,seek guidance from God as well as personal advisers. The 4th Strategy is,"Iterate—Fail cheaply and quickly." Sometimes we are going to Fail,but that doesn't mean that we have to look at failure as a totally bad thing.In one of his books,Jack Canfield, the author of the Success Principles, said, " Failure is simply FEEDBACK !" We all need Feedback to help give us direction in making better decisions.Failure can also help us minimize the size of our Financial losses.Also, the sooner we get pass our Failures, the sooner we get to enjoy our Successes! The 9th Strategy is, "Seize The Offensive." Basically,when an Obstacle arises in your life,you should go on the OFFENSIVE, instead of remaining on the DEFENSIVE.Brainstorm ideas as to how to respond positively, instead of merely reacting negatively.We must remember that every OBSTACLE has an OPPOSITE OPPORTUNITY factor that comes along with it.
