" DO NOT CONFUSE YOUR MEANS WITH YOUR ENDS " BY GO BLANSON
Hello Tribe, it has come to my attention that when some people set goals, they often get
the " ENDS " confused with the " MEANS!" What do I mean you ask ? Well, some people tend
to mix the " MEANS "[ how they can achieve the goal ] to getting what they want, with the " ENDS "(what they really want to
achieve. Example : A person wants a new car( the ends ), so they focus on getting two
jobs( the means ).In this example, the jobs are clearly the " MEANS," to getting the " ENDS "{ the new vehicle }.
You see, when people " CONFUSE " the " ENDS " with the " MEANS," people end up " DO DOING " things that
they didn't really have to do.With that being said, before you decide to pursue a goal, I suggest that you do as
STEPHEN COVEY suggests and make sure that you " BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND!"
When I say " BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND," I mean that you should " VISUALIZE " the outcome( in your mind ).
We must " RELEARN " how to turn our " IDEAS " over to our " IMAGINATION " and " SUBCONSCIOUS MIND " to go to
" WORKS " on formulating a practical plan that will reveal the proper " MEANS " for achieving the " ENDS "
that we WANT ! NOW let's go back to the FIRST goal that you want to achieve.James Fadiman in his wonderful book," BE ALL THAT YOU
ARE " said," Before you begin the pursuit of your goal, you should first decide whether or not the goal is your
goal or somebody else's goal.Once you decide that the goal is yours, you can go ahead and commit the goal to " WRITING."
Someone said, once you are able to " COMMIT YOUR GOAL TO WRITING "( in clear specific terms ),you are half-way to achieving
your goal. To help everyone out, here's a link to setting goals using the " S.M.A.R.T. goals format that everyone can

" ONE GOAL AT A TIME " BY GO BLANSON
Hello Tribe, this week's Article is about choosing a goal that you can possibly achieve within
the next 30 days.Go back to your list of goals from when you ran the brackets.Look over your goals
that made the final " 8." From those goals, select a goal to complete within the next 30 days( NOTE :
the key is to believe that you can complete it within the next 30 days ). Try not to worry too much
about how the goal will be completed, as much as desiring your goal to be completed within the next
30 days !Go ahead and give it a GO !.PLEASE remember to Like my page on FACEBOOK by copying and pasting this Link : https://www.facebook.com/Garry-O-Blans on-115049231930571/?fref=hovercard , Thanks - garry b
